LIMITED WARRANTY

LITTLITE, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that Littlite® Gooseneck Lighting Lamps and Accessories are free from defects of material or workmanship under normal use and service, when properly installed, used, and serviced, subject to the terms stated in this LIMITED WARRANTY.  Modification or tampering with the lamps or accessories, abuse, misuse, or use in a manner not intended and approved by the manufacturer invalidates this LIMITED  WARRANTY.

This LIMITED WARRANTY applies to the following components for as long as the original purchaser owns the lamp or accessory:   

Rheostats

BNC, TNC and XLR connectors

Goosenecks

Hoods

Chassis

Two Way on/off switch

Three Way Rotary and Three Way Rocker Switches as used on LED Lampsets

RAKIT Accessory 

HTC Accessory

MB Accessory

CL Accessory

MP Accessory

MP-2 Accessory

RWB Accessory

CWB Accessory

RL Series Rack Panels

This LIMITED WARRANTY applies to the following led desk lamps and accessories for a period of five (5) years from date of manufacture:

GXF-10 and EXF-10G Power Supplies

LED Elements

LED Circuit Boards and Components

Solid State Dimming Circuit Boards and Components

Multi-Volt™ Circuit Boards and Components

This LIMITED WARRANTY applies to o-rings and bulbs, including 1815 incandescent bulbs and Q5 halogen bulbs only up to the time when purchased by the original purchaser.

In order to request service under this LIMITED WARRANTY, contact Littlite® at (810) 852-4242 or sales@littlite.com to obtain a return authorization number and send your Littlite® product to us postpaid.  We will repair or replace the  product (at our sole discretion) and return it postpaid to the address provided. Should the repair fall outside of  terms of this limited warranty, we will contact you with an estimate before repairing the product.  We reserve the right to dispose of any out of warranty products six (6) months after notifying you of our estimate. 

LITTLITE® HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

In no event shall Littlite® be liable under any theory of law (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise)  for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive,  lost profit, or consequential damages, even if Littlite® had notice of the likelihood of such damages. In any case, Littlite’s maximum damages for any breach of this warranty, or for any damages arising from, or related to, any Littlite® lamp, accessory, or other product, shall be strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product.   

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage or damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or modification to any part of the product.  This warranty does not cover damage due to connection to improper voltage or improper operation.  This warranty is valid only in the United States.  

User assumes all risk and responsibility and Littlite® accepts no liability for any damage consequential to our lamp's failure when used in a manner not intended by the manufacturer such as outdoor use or any application that exposes the lamp to extreme elements.  Contact the factory with questions concerning appropriate use of Littlite® products.  

This warranty gives you specific legal rights.  You may have other rights which vary from state to state.
